JBT Marel Belt Graders are custom-made for each customer, so their shapes and sizes are virtually unlimited. These graders range from simple weight graders to highly sophisticated grading systems that include infeed and batch takeaway systems.

The Custom Grader consists of an infeed system, dynamic weighing unit and a discharge unit with intelligent grading and batching processes for accurate grading and batching of fresh and frozen meat products. The Custom Grader is available in single, dual and twin lane configurations.

The Custom Grader is equipped to perform:

Hygienic design

The Custom Grader has an IP69K rating and can be stripped down and reassembled easily. Its unique flexible design and minimal horizontal surfaces ensure maximum hygiene during high-pressure wash-down and enable complete serviceability access.

Monitor and control grading

The JBT Marel Software solution for grading lets you monitor and control your processing in real time. The software provides live dashboards showing data for key performance indicators such as weight distribution, giveaway and throughput. They give you a clear overview of actual production and highlight where improvements can be made or whether any corrective action needs to be taken to ensure production is running optimally. Remote program management allows you to control grader settings directly from the office.
