The OTM50 is an open-top fish skinner from the Townsend skinner line. The OTM50 improves yield, increases throughput, maximizes operator efficiency and significantly reduces the time needed for sanitation and maintenance. It is suitable for a variety of fish species including flounder, cod, sole, catfish, tilapia, squid, salmon and tuna.

The combination of the Townsend Skinner and the Townsend Skinner Blade ensures the best skinning performance and highest yields possible.

The Townsend Skinner Blades are precisely manufactured to resist nicks and cuts which will minimize the wear of the skinning blade. This reduced wear property decreases drag and energy demands from both the machine and operator which results in a longer skinning cycle.

Each Townsend Skinner Blade is packaged individually in an impact-resistant plastic tray and sealed to avoid movement during transit. The easy-open package makes installation safe and easy for skinner personnel.
