Stein ProMix™

We designed the Stein ProMix Automatic Batter Mixer and Viscosity Control machine to mix and maintain adjustable mix ratios for conventional “non-leavened” and lightly leavened tempura style batters, and to recirculate the mixed batter to one or more batter applicators. The ProMix is a fully automatic batter mixer that continuously monitors and maintains the desired batter mix ratio for consistent coating pickup.
